Empowering the Underserved: A Commitment to Social Transformation
The HMT Foundation is dedicated to fostering a society where every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive. We are committed to promoting social work for the downtrodden and underprivileged sections of society, with a particular focus on:
- Skill Development and Vocational Training: Establishing centers to equip individuals with the skills necessary to find employment or start their own livelihoods.
- Girls’ Education and Health: Promoting education and ensuring access to healthcare for girls, empowering them to become independent and contributing members of society.
- Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Groups: Providing support to orphaned, abandoned children, widowed/destitute women, economically deprived individuals, and elderly citizens, addressing their emotional, social, and economic needs.
- Community Empowerment: Raising awareness about issues such as child labor, anti-social elements, illiteracy, dowry system, child marriage, fanaticism, and superstitious customs, and working with other NGOs to uplift living standards and promote cleanliness through initiatives like Swachh Bharat.
